A hot, humid day at the end of June turns out to be the best way to celebrate the start of your marriage surrounded by the people who mean the most to you. In the small town of Pulaski, Tennessee, Donna and Chase got married in front of family and friends who flew across the country to be there with them.
One thing that will always stick with me from this wedding day is the way everyone showed up for them—despite bad car accidents, long distances, extreme heat…Each person showed up and made this new adventure feel familiar. Feel like home.
To Donna + Chase: thank you for showing me the importance of feeling at home on your wedding day. May you have many years of homemade poundcake, late night dance parties, and adventures that always lead you home.
